Behind the scenes of our busy sites is the team in our head office, based in Unit H17, Centrepoint Business Park, Oak Road, Dublin 12. Our office staff are working each day to support the planning, management, and administrative functions necessary for the delivery of successful construction projects.

Reception

At the forefront of our office is our receptionist, who manages and maintains the reception area for the Group. As the first point of contact for many of our visitors, our reception embodies the Quinn Downes ethos and values by looking after and greeting anyone who comes through our doors.

HR & Payroll

Ensuring the Health and Wellbeing of all staff at Quinn Downes is of utmost importance. Our HR & Payroll Department work tirelessly to ensure the physical, emotional and financial wellbeing of our staff through introducing new policies and initiatives, recruiting the right people to not only do the job but fit in with the team, managing performance, overseeing training for progression and ensuring timely pay and benefits.

Accounts

The role of Accounts in Quinn Downes is to provide clear and precise billing to our customers and to engage with them on any queries in a timely manner.  We have effective and efficient processes in place for dealing with our supplier and sub-contractors to process all incoming invoices.  They liaise with all departments internally and have a friendly relationship with each. On a daily basis, the Accounts Department is always on hand to provide support to senior management.

Service Desk

The Service Desk is crucial in the effective day to day running of QDSM, the team works together on planning and scheduling our engineers for their Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) work, taking calls and making reactive decisions on emergency call outs.

Dealing with both internal staff and external clients, our team have great interpersonal and communication skills which are clearly seen among the hustle and bustle of the Quinn Downes office.

IT & Fleet

Our IT & Fleet Department is the backbone of our company’s technological and logistical operations. By seamlessly integrating advanced technology with efficient fleet management, we ensure that our business runs smoothly.

With over 55 vehicles in our QDG fleet, the day-to-day management is wide and varied. The coordination of new vehicles, signing them over to staff, arranging services / NCTs, adhoc repairs etc. all fall under the remit of this department.

The other aspect of this department’s responsibility is the IT coordination for our 140+ staff.
