Quinn Downes carried out a complete mechanical services installation to this custom built 6-bedroom exclusive home for a celebrity private client. The mechanical services include air to water heat pump, under floor heating, heat recovery ventilation, air conditioning, rain water harvesting and pressurised water services and centralised vacuum system throughout this magnificent property.
