Project Description
Complete mechanical refurbishment of the accommodation buildings for the Carmelite Community and the refurbishment of three Energy Centres on the College Campus. The installation included new LPHW, water services, ventilation, gas services and automatic controls to the existing heritage buildings and replacement of all major plant in the Energy Centrees.
