Complete replacement of all plant and equipment at rooftop level whilst the hotel remained open throughout the duration of works. Quinn Downes removed redundant cold water storage tanks and replaced with new, air handling units, ventilation ductwork, extract fans, LPHW and water services pipwork and automatic controls.
