Project Description

Quinn Downes replaced the entire water services pipe system serving all 123 bedrooms, restaurant, bar area, kitchens, laundry and ancillary areas. We also refurbished the energy centre including the replacement of the boilers, calorifiers, pumps and installed a new BMS automatic controls system with remote access enabling full control from the group’s Head Quarters in Dublin.
