Project Description

This project consisted of the complete remodelling of the ground and sixth floor levels of Deloitte DT House office buildings, comprising a new modern entrance and reception on ground floor with brand new meeting rooms, multifunction rooms and full catering facilities on both floors with executive offices on the sixth floor. The mechanical services works which were carried out with no disturbance to the staff on the other four floors comprised of new VRV air conditioning throughout, LPHW Heating, water services, waste services,ventilation, automatic controls and full services to the two commercial catering facilities on both floors
