Project Description

Complete mechanical installation to a new 8,000m2 Research & Development Centre which consists of a new three storey office and computer facility. The installation included complete mechanical services to shell & core and the complete fit-out of the building which comprised of large open plan offices, meeting rooms, canteen & catering dept, Comms Rooms and research labs. The mechanical services comprised of a fan coil system to all areas served by CHW and LPHW systems, water services, ventilation, air conditioning, automatic controls and natural gas.
