The QDSM Projects division successfully delivered a Chilled Water System Energy Upgrade Project! The project consisted of the decommissioning and safe removal of the existing Chiller, pumps, pipework and ancillary items. We upgraded the Chiller to a new 1.1 Megawatt, Carrier Aquaforce with variable speed compressor and variable speed fans optimizing the efficiency and operation of the new Chiller, we upgraded the Hydronic Circulating pumps to high efficiency Grundfos variable speed pumps, replaced all associated pipework, valves, mechanical automation, field devices and ancillaries.
